A parent/guardian is expected to be on church property when their child is being cared for in the church nursery, unless under special circumstances.

I hereby give permission for Fulton Church to use my child's photograph in Fulton Church publications, on the website and in news releases in regard to any Fulton Church sponsored activity. Their names will not be posted in a public forum.
